LOVE Appoints Rhonda Greenwood to Lead Public Relations Team

SALT LAKE CITY (July 9, 2014) – Love Communications, a Salt Lake City-based, full-service advertising agency, recently announced the appointment of Rhonda Greenwood, as director of Public Relations, to its growing public relations department.

Greenwood, one of Utah’s most respected public relations professionals, brings nearly 20 years of experience to Love Communications. She has a strong track record of leading teams to implement successful, multi-faceted campaigns that span across the Utah marketplace.

At Love, she will dedicate much of her time to growing the PR department, and injecting her passion and knowledge of public relations into Love’s existing high-profile public relations campaigns.

“Rhonda is well liked and well-connected, and understands the dynamics of traditional news media and social media and how to build awareness for businesses and government organizations alike,” said Tom Love, president of Love Communications. “Her appointment will bring additional depth and fresh insights to our already extremely talented PR team.”

Prior to Love, Greenwood spent 14 years at Crowell Advertising as public relations director. She oversaw the work for major agency accounts including Harmons Grocery Stores, the Utah Department of Health’s Truth Anti-tobacco Campaign, Staker Parson Companies, Humana Health, Rubio’s Mexican Grill, Bank of Utah and numerous others. Greenwood most recently worked as senior PR account manager at ThomasARTS, where she supervised the Comcast and Station Park accounts.

Greenwood received her Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Utah. She has served on various nonprofit boards including Race for the Cure, and has won several Golden Spike PRSA awards for her standout work throughout her career.
