Love Communications contracted with Alpine Confections in relaunching the well-known Fanny Farmer Candies brand from the early 1900s. Love created a new spin on the traditional Fanny Farmer boxes, an evolution from the original design – but meant to evoke positive memories of the original brand and leverage the awareness it once had. The design, which won a Silver Addy in 2006, reflects the classic Fanny Farmer name and brand attributes – classic, old-fashioned American chocolates, reminiscent of a less hectic, better time with family, friends and holidays.
